Sean Herman, 33 (born 1990), a former Nashville police officer, has been arrested following allegations of appearing in an explicit video on OnlyFans while on duty.
The viral video, featuring Herman groping an OnlyFans star’s breast during a staged traffic stop, led to his firing last month.
Local celebrity Jordin recorded the video, capturing Herman in his official police uniform. The incident occurred over a month ago, which subsequently led to his dismissal from the force.
On Thursday, Metro Police arrested Herman at his home in Sumner County. He now faces two counts of felony official misconduct related to his involvement in adult video production.

Authorities have confirmed that their investigation has pinpointed the creation date of a controversial OnlyFans video to April 26.
The footage features Sean Herman, a patrol officer at the time, engaged in explicit activities during a mock traffic stop at a warehouse parking lot.
In the video, the OnlyFans creator known as Jordin exposes her breast and encourages Herman to grope it, allegedly to avoid a ticket. The video also shows her grabbing his crotch during the interaction.
Although Herman’s face isn’t visible in the footage, a brief glimpse of the police patch on his arm confirmed his affiliation with the Nashville Police Department.
Specialized Investigations Division detectives identified Herman on May 9 as the officer participating in the explicit skit, recognizing him from the chest down during the staged traffic stop.

Sean Herman, who began his tenure with the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) on August 27, 2021, has been terminated after almost three years of service.
Following his recent dismissal, an investigation ordered by Chief Drake led to Herman’s indictment on misconduct charges.
The investigation’s findings prompted a Criminal Court judge to set Sean Herman’s bond at $3,000. If convicted, Herman could face jail time.
