As the car tipped and rolled, bystanders rushed to the wreckage, frantically pulling people away from the mangled vehicle. One passenger appeared to be trapped under the SUV on the ground. First responders arrived to discover that a group had gathered in the parking lot for reckless driving, particularly engaging in the risky maneuver known as “doing donuts.”
