18-year-old Cameron Whitcomb (born in 2004) is an aspiring singer from Canada’s Kamloops who surfaced during his audition for the famous American singing reality show called American Idol. Canadian guy has his unique British accent, but everything changes when he starts singing.

He sang Waylon Jennings’ hit song “Rock Salt and Nails.” Luke Bryan’s comment was, “I’m not sure you know what you’re doing yet. I do not think you have any idea what you’re doing.” Lionel also gave him mixed comments, and at one point in time, he was unsure if Cameron would make his way through auditions.

During the audition for American Idol 2022, Cameron revealed that he works as a mechanic for a Harley Davidson dealership located at Iron mask Road, Kamloops, British Columbia, during the summers. But due to snow in winters when people park their bikes inside their garage, Whitcomb has to do a labor job for 12 hours a day and six days a week.
