• There was mourning in the house of Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft Satya Nadella when on February 28, 2022, his oldest son Zain Nadella passed away at the age of 25.
• Satya Nadella informed the company’s executive team that Zain had died in an email. The statement requested executives to keep the family in their thoughts and prayers while providing them time to grieve quietly.
